You may be able to recognize the symptoms of TMJ disorder if you have frequent headaches. These headaches could be mild or serious and regular or sporadic. You could also recognize a grinding or a clicking sound in your ear. Unfortunately, this issue can also lead to several serious problems, including infection or difficulty closing your jaw entirely.

In some cases, TMJ disorder can be very painful. Fortunately, there are a number of things you can do to address this issue.
